The present invention relates to a method for operating novel conjunctiva forceps capable of pressing the conjunctiva and preventing slip to effectively close a scleral window made for microincision vitrectomy surgery, and a device thereof. The conjunctiva-pressing forceps of the present invention in an eyeball operation comprise: a handle member obtaining power to open the conjunctiva； a conjunctiva-pressing member of which two blades open the conjunctiva and which has a sawtooth member to maintain the opened state； and a dent groove member having a groove on the upper one side of the conjunctiva-pressing member.본 발명은 미세절개 유리체절제술을 위해 만든 공막창을 효과적으로 닫기 위해 결막을 압박하고 미끌어짐을 막을 수 있는 새로운 형태의 결막집게의 작동방식과 그 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 안구 수술에 있어서, 결막을 개구하도록 동력을 얻는 손잡이부재； 양날이 상기 결막을 개구하고, 상기 개구된 상태를 유지하도록 톱니부재가 구비된 결막압박부재； 상기 결막압박부재의 상부 일측에 홈이 마련된 파인홈부재；를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
