The present invention relates to a blade damper to minimize noise and vibration generated when a blade is retracted by an elastic restoring force. According to one embodiment of the present disclosure, the blade damper comprises: a body including a guide hole formed longitudinally in a side surface thereof, and a guide rail formed therein to move a blade forward and backward； the blade coupled to the inside of the body to move along the guide rail, and including a cutting blade drawn in/out of an opening in a front end of the body； and a pressing member pushing the blade towards a front end. A protrusion formed on the blade is fixed to a locking groove formed in one surface of the body when the blade moves towards the front end by the pressing member, and moves to an original position by an elastic restoring force when a pressing part formed on the body presses the protrusion. The blade damper further comprises a buffering member formed at a rear end of the inside of the body to offset friction of the blade with the body when the blade moves to the original position.
