PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiple pH value buffer agent prescription composition, which enhances a protein hydrolysis efficiency and an absorption efficiency of human pepsin and trypsin and optimally functions under different pH conditions in a gastrointestinal tract.SOLUTION: A use of a buffer composition for preparing a promoter for improving a protein hydrolysis efficiency of pepsin and trypsin in a human body, the buffer composition includes an acid component that is citric acid, a salt component that is a citrate, and a protein hydrolysis efficiency promoter for both of pepsin and trypsin that is one selected from the group consisting of ascorbic acid, a salt of ascorbic acid and a combination thereof, the acid component and the salt component mutually conjugate to form a buffer agent prescription, the buffer prescription stabilizes an activity of the protein hydrolysis efficiency promoter for both of pepsin and trypsin at the pH of 5 to 7.5 to improve the protein hydrolysis efficiency of pepsin and trypsin in a human body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT【課題】ヒトのペプシンとトリプシンのタンパク質加水分解効率及び吸収効率を高めるため、胃腸管の異なるｐＨ条件下で最適に機能する多重ｐＨ値緩衝剤処方組成物の提供。【解決手段】人体におけるペプシンとトリプシンのタンパク質加水分解効率を向上させるための増強剤を調製するための緩衝組成物の使用であって、緩衝組成物は、クエン酸である酸成分と、クエン酸塩である塩成分と、アスコルビン酸、アスコルビン酸の塩及びそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択された一つであるペプシンとトリプシン両方のためのタンパク質加水分解効率増強剤と、を含み、酸成分及び塩成分は、互いに共役して緩衝剤処方を形成し、緩衝剤処方は、５～７．５のｐＨでペプシンとトリプシン両方のためのタンパク質加水分解効率増強剤の活性を安定化して、人体におけるペプシンとトリプシンのタンパク質加水分解効率を向上させることを特徴とする緩衝組成物の使用。【選択図】図１
