PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire joint of a feeding stuff transport device, capable of preventing the occurrence of breakage of a disk wire at a joint part by enhancing the durability of a joint part, easily mounted or dismounted even without using any exclusive special tool, and which is cost-favorable by minimizing the maintenance cost or the like. SOLUTION: In the wire joint J, a plurality of divided segment pieces a-d are fitted in a circumferential recessed groove 30b of a joint case 30 and arranged in a ring. A setting screw 40 is screwed into a screw hole 31 of the joint case to press a screw part 40a into a wedge-shaped space of a restricting piece 35, and the segment pieces are pressed in the circumferential direction and fixed. Wire ends 20, 21 are connected to bind a disk wire W by restricting crimp pieces 25, 26 in which the wire ends are caulked and crimped by crimp tube parts 25b, 26b within the joint case.
