PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a lactobacillus intestinal disorder controlling composition containing reducing components and a lactobacillus and a food product containing the same in the lactobacillus intestinal disorder controlling composition containing the reducing components and the lactobacillus, and to provide its use. SOLUTION: The lactobacillus intestinal disorder controlling composition contains two or more kinds of the reducing components consisting of vitamin C, L-cystine, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, vitamin E, orotic acid, nicotinic acid, pantothenic acid, biotin, glucuronic acid, glutathione and Coix lachryma-jobi L. var. ma-yuen Stapf and the lactobacillus.
