PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide mixed juice which has stable dispersibility using only plant foodstuffs, such as fruits, vegetables, and grain, as raw materials without addition of chemicals such as dispersants.SOLUTION: Mixed juice is obtained by mixing two or more kinds of fluid strained products each obtained by subjecting one or two or more kinds of plant foodstuffs to heat softening treatment using superheated steam and then straining the plant foodstuffs. The two or more kinds of fluid strained products belong to fluid strained products having dispersibility or fluid strained products having no dispersibility. The fluid strained product having dispersibility is contained in a ratio of 5-60 vol.% with respect to 100 vol.% of the mixed juice.
