The conduit body 2 comprises a water supply conduit part 10 relating to water supply, a drain conduit part 20 relating to draining water, an air supplying conduit part 30 relating to air supply, and a conduit body 40 connecting to the water supply conduit part 10, the drain conduit part 20 and the air supplying conduit part 30 and relating to all of water supply, draining water and air supply.
