The present invention is to provide a production method of a mesh-type hydrogel mask pack which is suitable for mass production of hydrogel sheets, and a production system for realizing the same. To this end, the production method comprises: a step for supplying a film and a support by having them stacked on each other, and coating a hydrogel composition to perform cross-linking molding a cool drying step for evaporating moisture from the surface of a hydrogel sheet under a low temperature atmosphere and a hot drying step for passing the surface-dried hydrogel sheet through a group of heater rolls, thereby drying the same by direct contact with the heater rolls, and at the same time, performing a hot air drying through a nozzle of a duct pipe, and attaching a protective film to the surface of the hydrogel sheet being dried. The production system comprises: a coating unit (2) which includes a coating roll (22) to coat a hydrogel composition in a storage chamber (26) on top of a support (M) being returned with a film (F) a cool drying unit (4) in which the film (F) having the hydrogel composition coated on the support (M) is passed below a cool plate (42) by using a conveyor (40) to evaporate moisture from the surface thereof and a hot drying unit (6) in which a squeezer (60) is disposed to remove moisture from the surface of a hydrogel sheet (H), a group of heater rollers (62) are disposed to heat-dry the hydrogel sheet (H) while guiding the same to be moved in a zig-zag fashion, a duct pipe (66) is disposed between the heater rolls to perform drying by spraying hot air through a nozzle (64), and a protective film (P) is attached to the surface of the dried hydrogel sheet (H) at an exit side.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017본 발명은 시트상 하이드로겔을 대량생산하기에 적합한 메쉬형 하이드로겔 마스크 팩의 제조방법과 이를 구현하는 제조시스템을 제공하고자, 필름과 지지체를 겹쳐지게 공급하면서 하이드로겔 조성물을 코팅하여 가교 성형되도록 하는 단계와 저온 분위기에서 시트상 하이드로겔의 표면 수분을 증발시키는 냉간건조단계와 다수 조의 히터롤군에 상기 표면이 건조된 시트상 하이드로겔을 통과시켜 히터롤과의 직접 접촉으로 건조되게 함과 동시에 덕트관의 노즐을 통한 열풍 건조를 병행하고건조되는 시
