The present invention includes a box-shaped body having the internal space where soil is stored； and the undertow pipe having a pair of first pipe which includes a plurality of through-holes penetrated in the longitudinal direction at predetermined intervals and which are arranged to face each other, a pair of connecting pipes which connects the ends of the first pipes, and the water containing sheet of predetermined area which absorbs moisture via the through holes. The root of the plant planted into the soil receives water stored inside the undertow pipe via the water containing sheet of predetermined area.
