PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mens disposable absorbent article that is hard to damage a penis when wearing the article and can easily be attached, and also can prevent leakage of an excreted liquid.SOLUTION: A mens disposable absorbent article includes a belt-shaped member 2 having an inner sheet, an outer sheet and an absorber 5 positioned between the inner sheet and the outer sheet. The belt-shaped member 2 is formed in a bag shape by a first belt-shaped member 6 where the inner sheet side is oppositely disposed and a second belt-shaped member 7. Also, the belt-shaped member 2 has one end edge 11 positioned at both ends in the longitudinal direction and the other end edge 12, and one side edge 13 and the other side edge 14 positioned at both ends in the width direction. The first belt-shaped member 6 has an absorber non-arrangement part 17 not disposed of the absorber 5. The absorber non-arrangement part 17 is provided with an insertion part 18 having the first belt-shaped member 6 penetrated therethrough.
