The present invention provides a peroral pharmaceutical composition containing TSU-68, which presents a quick releasing property, and has lower reduction of releasing property after long-term preservation. The peroral pharmaceutical composition contains 3-(2,4-dimethyl-5-(2-oxo-1,2-dihydro-indol-3-ylidenemethyl)-1H-pyrrol-3-yl)-propionic acid as effective component, which substantially contains no binder, but contains a specific amount of carboxymethyl cellulose as disintegrating agent.本發明提供一種顯示迅速之溶出性,進而長期保存後溶出性之降低亦較少之含TSU-68之經口醫藥組合物。該經口投予用醫藥組合物包含3-(2,4-二甲基-5-{[(3Z)-2-氧代-1,2-二氫-3H-吲哚-3-亞基]甲基}-1H-吡咯-3-基)丙酸作為有效成分,實質上不含黏合劑,且含有特定量之羧甲基纖維素類作為崩解劑。
