PURPOSE: A method for preparing a pharmaceutical composition containing amorphous adefovia dipivoxyl is provided to ensure storage stability. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition contains amorphous adefovia dipivoxyl, and pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. The carrier contains excipient, binder, disintegrant, or lubricant. A method for preparing the pharmaceutical composition comprises: a step of dissolving adefovia dipivoxyl in an organic solvent of alcohols or ketones or mixture solvent of the organic solvent and water； and a step of mixing the adefovir dipivoxyl solution and carrier and removing the solvent.본 발명은 고순도의 무정형 아데포비아 디피복실을 포함하여, 결정성 전이가 미미하거나 일어나지 않으며, 용해도의 유지 및 제어가 용이하며, 보관상 안정성이 우수한 약학 조성물 및 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.
