PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lid and a retractor having the same, capable of securing a wide movable area of a treatment instrument and allowing the treatment instrument to be easily operated.SOLUTION: A lid includes: a top plate with at least one opening and a frame member formed in the periphery of the top plate to be engaged with an end of a retractor body. The opening is located on the inner side of the end of the retractor body when the lid is attached to the retractor body. A retractor has the lid detachably attached to the tubular retractor body. As the distance from a fulcrum of a treatment instrument to the distal end of the retractor body is short, the treatment instrument in the inclined state can be inserted, and therefore, a wide movable area of the treatment instrument can be secured. Further, as the distance from the fulcrum of the treatment instrument to a treated region is also short, the treatment instrument can be easily operated.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】処置具の可動域を広くとることができ、処置具の操作がしやすい蓋体およびこれを備える開創器を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の蓋体は、少なくとも1つの開口を有する天板部と、天板部の周囲に形成され、開創器本体の端部と係合する枠部材とを備え、開口は、蓋体を開創器本体に装着したときに開創器本体の端部よりも内側に位置することを特徴とする。また、本発明の開創器は、本発明の蓋体を筒状をなす開創器本体に着脱自在に装着したものである。これにより処置具の支点から開創器本体の先端側縁部までの距離が短いことから、処置具をより傾けた状態で挿入することができる。したがって、処置具の可動域を広くとることができる。また、処置具の支点から処置部までの距離も短いことから、処置具の操作がしやすい。【選択図】図1
