PURPOSE: Feed using food waste, and a producing method thereof are provided to extend the storage period of fermented feed, and to improve the digestion efficiency of the feed by domestic animals.CONSTITUTION: A producing method of feed using food waste comprises the following steps: inserting food waste having a water content of less than 65-70%(w.b.) into a vacuum fermentation drier heating and stirring the food waste at 60-120 deg C mixing 50-70wt% of dried food waste with 30-50wt% of additives stirring the mixture for 36 hours separating foreign materials from the food waste, and crushing the fermented food waste using a crusher removing metallic foreign materials from the obtained feed using a magnet sorting unit molding the feed into a pellet shape and cooling the feed before packaging.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012본 발명은 음식물 찌꺼기를 주재료로 제조된 사료 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명은 함수율이 65~70%(w.b.) 이하인 선별된 음식물 찌꺼기를 감압발효건조기에 투입하는 투입단계와, 음식물 찌꺼기의 함수율이 45~55%(w.b.)가 되도록 진공상태에서 60~120℃로 가열 교반하는 감압발효단계와, 상기 감압발효단계를 통해 1차 발효된 음식물 찌꺼기 50~70중량%와, 부영물 30~50중량%를 혼합하는 유기성 부산물 및 혼합곡물 혼합단계와, 상기 유기성 부산물 및 혼합곡물 혼합단계에서의 혼합물을 교반기에 투입하여 36시간 동안 교반하여 발효시키는 발효교반단계와, 음식물 찌꺼기 내부에 포함된 이물질을 분리 제거하고, 음식물 찌꺼기가 발효된 사료를 파쇄기에 의해 잘게 파쇄하는 분쇄 선별단계와, 분쇄 선별단계를 거친 사료를 마그네트 선별기에서 금속성 이물질을 제거하는 2차 선별단계와, 사료를 펠렛형상을 성형하는 펠렛단계와, 펠렛단계를 거친 사료를 냉각 건조기에 의해 냉각시키는 냉각건조단계와, 냉각건조된 사료를 장기간 보관할 수 있도록 포장하는 포장단계로 구성된다.
