A method to produce powdered form of jackfruit comprising the steps of : Sourcing (1) jackfruits grown for 2/2 - 3 months peeling (2) the outer layer of the jackfruits cutting (3) each peeled jackfruit into several equal pieces taking out (4) the stems of the jackfruits putting the jackfruit pieces into a specially designed machine to form even pieces (5) with exactly the same shape for all pieces initially drying (6) the pieces formed in the previous step for a period of approximately three hours exposing their first faces to sunlight drying (7) the pieces again for approximately three hours after they have been turned upside down exposing their second and opposite faces heating (8) the dried pieces in a machine for around 8 hours with the temperature ranging between 65-70° C cooling (9) the heated pieces for a period of 2 hours loading the cooled pieces into another machine to grind them into powdered form (10) cooling (ll)the resultant jackfruit powder for about 1 hour putting the powder through a sieve (12) to make it fine and smooth and also for removing any residue matter and packing (13) and despatching (14) the jackfruit powder.
