It includes an amplification unit 20 which inputs a signal from an external sensor connected to outside of an integrated circuit 1 and an arithmetic control unit 31 which receives the signal processed by the amplification unit 10, and performs an arithmetic process for a control of devices or a calculation of a detection result according to an internal program. The external sensor connected to outside of the integrated circuit 1 and the internal program corresponding to the external sensor are changed, whereby the integrated circuit can be utilized as a common integrated circuit for the plurality types of different medical devices including the sphygmomanometer, the blood glucose meter, the syringe pump, and the infusion pump, according to a difference of external sensors.
