The unit comprises a moving sensor for detecting a toilet user in a bathroom a band-pass filter for receiving a detection signal from the moving sensor and a micom for receiving a filtered signal from the band-pass filter, wherein the micom includes a signal processing unit electrically connected to a large scale integrated (LSI) circuit chip and a central processing unit (CPU).
