PURPOSE: An apparatus for skin care is provided to be manufactured in a small size and to alleviate pains in an affected part. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for skin care comprises a main body, a handle, an earth bar(300), a pump(400), a radiator, a cooling fan(600), and a control unit(700). The main body comprises a receiving unit and a cover unit. The handle facilitates the absorption of nutrient components into the skin or removal of wastes like sebum. The earth bar is detachably connected to the terminal of the receiving unit through a wire. The pump compulsorily sucks in coolant and discharges the coolant. The radiator comprises a pair of water collecting tanks, a transfer pipe, and a heat radiation fin. The cooling fan is controlled by the control unit and discharges heat. The control unit controls a thermoelectric element.본 발명은, 피부미용기본체의 수용부에 형성된 냉각장치설치부를 통해 펌프와 방열기 및 냉각팬 등을 설치할 수 있어 피부미용기본체를 소형화로 제작할 수 있으며, 피부미용기능과 저온기능을 겸용으로 사용할 수 있는 저온치료 기능을 갖춘 피부미용기에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 실시 예에 따르면, 피부미용기능 이외에 저온기능을 추가적으로 갖추고 있어 환부의 통증의 완화 및 부종을 경감할 수 있는 의료용 기기로도 이용할 수 있는 이점이 있다.
