PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the amount of remaining medicinal powder in a medicinal powder feeder, and also to perform the earlier detection of medicinal powder discharge completion.SOLUTION: A medicinal powder storage container 42 of the medicinal powder feeders 60, etc., is stored in a case body mounted with dust collecting means 30, 52. An opening/closing covers 51 is arranged at the upper part of the container 42. Blowing means 61, 62 for blowing the air to the medicinal powder storage container 42 are arranged inside the case body. A sending detection members 44 is arranged in front of a medicinal powder sending part 64. Besides, a storage detection member 63 for detecting reflection light passing through the medicinal powder storage container 42 is attached onto the lower surfaces of the opening/closing cover 51. The measurement site 65 is finished like a mirror and the circumferences are matted.
