PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a not-big, compactified and space-saving device capable of achieving a high energy-efficiency and time-shortening, as well as continuous grinding, drying and collecting of powder/particle-like food.SOLUTION: A drying and grinding device for manufacturing powder/particle-like food has: a container 11 of objects to be ground, with mesh like regions which are passable by powder/particle bodies at lateral and bottom surfaces a relevant objects feed portion 12 arranged above the container 11 a heat and wind feed mechanism 13 to the container 11 a grind means 14 grinding the relevant objects 20 in the container 11 a wall face portion 15 which leads the powder/particle bodies scattering outwards from the container 11 downwards and a powder/particle body container 16.
