PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition interacting with a biological cell system comprising a biologically active molecule together with a biomolecule surface, a cell component and a water molecule having a certain density.SOLUTION: A composition comprises a biologically active component constructed such that the activity of a biological cell system is increased by increasing hydration of one or more components of the cell system. The biologically active component may comprise a first carbohydrate clathrate subcomponent increasing a water hydrogen bond structure and a second solute subcomponent. The biologically active component may comprise an inclusion complex constituted by a clathrate component and a complex-forming compound. The clathrate subcomponent may comprise amylose or cyclodextrin.
