PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscopic device capable of notifying a user of an inclination of an object in a depth direction of an image in a real time fashion, and a program.
SOLUTION: An endoscope 2 photoelectrically converts an image of an object to generate a captured image signal. A CCU9 processes the captured image signal to generate image data. A CPU 18 uses the image data to compute a space coordinate of a point on the object and an object distance from the point on the object to an image capture face of the endoscope 2 according to the principle of triangulation. The CPU 18 performs processing for indicating a mark to be a standard of the inclination of the object in the depth direction according to the object distances about the plurality of points on the object. An LCD 5 displays the image of the object based on the image data.
