PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aquaculture preserve of larvae or fry or young fish of sea eels that can breed the larvae or fry or young fish of the sea eels at an extremely high survival rate and can reduce consumption of energy, and also provide an aquaculture method from the larvae to adult fish of the sea eels.SOLUTION: A sea eel aquaculture preserve is configured by: filtering seawater with a filtration device 5; generating ozone with an ozone generator 19 and sterilizing the filtered seawater; warming the sterilized seawater with a warming device 7; generating nano-bubbles to the seawater with an ozone nano-nozzle device 9 to make ozone nano-seawater when supplying the seawater warmed and sterilized with the warming device 7 and the ozone generator 19 to a fish preserve 1 by using a seawater supply pump 8; supplying oxygen to the ozone nano-seawater by using a bubble nano-nozzle device 13c; and supplying the seawater discharged from the fish preserve 1 to the filtration device 5 and circulating it.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】アナゴの幼生又は稚魚又は幼魚を極めて高い生存率で飼育でき、かつ、エネルギーの消費を削減できるアナゴの幼生又は稚魚又は幼魚の養殖生簀及びアナゴの幼生から成魚までの養殖方法を提供すること。【解決手段】濾過装置5で海水を濾過し、濾過された海水に対してオゾン発生装置19でオゾンを発生させて殺菌し、殺菌された海水を加温装置7で加温し、加温装置7及びオゾン発生装置19で加温・殺菌された海水を海水供給ポンプ8で生簀1に供給する際に海水に対してオゾンナノノズル装置9でナノバブルを発生させてオゾンナノ海水とし、オゾンナノ海水に気泡ナノノズル装置13cで酸素を供給し、生簀1から排出された海水を、濾過装置5に供給して循環させる構成とする。【選択図】図1
