PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite culture apparatus for fish and shellfish and sea weed capable of not only removing insoluble suspended materials in a fish preserve, but also cleaning soluble nutrition salts dissolved in the sea water, and a composite culture method for the same.SOLUTION: A composite culture apparatus comprises a first fish preserve 1 installed in a sea area and culturing fishes and shellfishes, a second fish preserve 2 installed in the inside and the upper part of the first fish preserve 1 and culturing sea weeds, and an insoluble suspended material-removing apparatus 3 for removing insoluble suspended materials by filtering sea water containing the insoluble suspended materials such as residual baits and feces remaining in the first fish preserve 1 through a suspended material filter 34 and returning the sea water after removing the insoluble suspended materials to the second fish preserve 2, and cultures fishes and shellfishes and sea weeds by returning the sea water after the insoluble suspended materials have been removed to the first fish preserve 1 through the second fish preserve 2.【課題】生簀内の不溶性懸濁物を除去するだけでなく、海水に溶け込んだ可溶性栄養塩も浄化させることができる魚介類及び海藻類の複合養殖装置と、その複合養殖方法を提供すること。【解決手段】この複合養殖装置では、海域に設けられ、魚介類を養殖する第一生簀１と、その第一生簀１の内部であってその上部に設けられ、海藻類を養殖する第二生簀２と、第一生簀１の中に残留する残餌や糞などの不溶性懸濁物を含む海水を懸濁物フィルタ３４に通して不溶性懸濁物を除去し、不溶性懸濁物除去後の海水を第二生簀２に戻す不溶性懸濁物除去装置３とを有し、不溶性懸濁物除去後の海水を、第二生簀２を介して第一生簀１に戻して魚介類及び海藻類を養殖する。【選択図】図２
