The present invention relates to noodles containing five kinds of beans and a method for manufacturing the same. The method for manufacturing the noodles according to the present invention comprises the following steps of: individually washing five kinds of beans consisting of soybeans, cherry beans, green kernel black beans, black soybeans, Rhynchosia nulubilis, red beans, peas, and kidney beans and brown rice, and immersing the same in an immersion solution containing water； drying the immersed five kinds of beans and brown rice with hot air； emitting microwaves onto the five kinds of beans and brown rice dried with hot air； individually grinding the five kinds of beans and brown rice onto which microwaves have been emitted； and gelatinizing the ground powers of five kinds of beans and brown rice and then producing noodles. Therefore, the noodles manufactured according to the present invention has antioxidant effects to prevent adult diseases and can be expected to have physiological activity effects including the prevention of arteriosclerosis, aging, cancer, etc.본 발명은 5종류의 콩을 포함하는 오두면 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로 대두, 동부, 서리태, 흑태, 서목태, 팥, 완두콩 및 강낭콩으로 이루어진 5종의 콩을 포함하는 오두 및 현미를 각각 세척한 후 물을 함유하는 침지액에 침지시키는 단계； 침지된 오두 및 현미를 열풍건조하는 단계； 열풍건조된 오두 및 현미를 마이크로파로 조사하는 단계； 마이크로파로 조사된 오두 및 현미를 각각 분쇄하는 단계； 및 분쇄된 오두분말 및 현미분말을 호화시킨 다음 면을 생산하는 단계；를 포함함으로써, 항산화 효과를 가지고 있어 성인병을 예방할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 동맥경화, 암 및 노화예방 등과 같은 생리활성효과를 기대할 수 있다.
