The present invention relates to a method of making a two-piece transcatheter valve comprises the steps of: forming a first layer of composite material into a tubular form； placing a leaflet frame proximate the first layer of composite material； forming a second layer of composite material around the leaflet frame, wherein the first layer and a second layer comprise a tubular form； clamping an end portion of the tubular form to shape leaflets； forming a third layer of composite material around the first layer of composite material, the second layer of composite material, and the leaflet frame； placing a body frame about the third layer of composite material； and placing a fourth layer of composite material around the body frame.
