PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature adjustment device capable of quickly changing the temperature of an object toward a desired temperature range.SOLUTION: A temperature adjustment device 10 for adjusting the temperature of an object includes a heat transfer member 20 having a channel 30 for a first medium through which the first medium can flow and a first pumping device for the first medium to flow through the channel 30 for the first medium. The heat transfer member 20 includes a first heat transfer part 21 and a second heat transfer part 22 opposed to each other, each of which comes in contact with the object.
