The present invention relates to a multipurpose fish farm with an improved structure, which includes a breeding facility for breeding insects in the upper part of an indoor water tank-type fish farm for breeding fish and thus, naturally regulates the temperature and humidity of the inside of the fish farm by using the water tank without any additional temperature and humidity regulator required for insect breeding； utilizes excretion of fish therein as nutrients for water culture； provides a portion of water cultured plants as a feed required for the insect breeding； and provides a portion of the insects bred in the insect breeding facility as a feed for fish.
