A method of treating an object with Alzheimer's disease, treating memory impairment or memory loss in an object, comprising administering to the object a pharmaceutical composition comprising (a) omega-3 fatty acid, omega-6 fatty acid, or a combination thereof； (b) uridine, its acyl derivative, uridine phosphate or cytidine 5'-diphosphocholine (CDP-choline) and (c) choline, its metabolic precursor or salt of choline. 2. The method of claim 1, wherein the omega-3 fatty acid is docosahexaenoic acid, eicosapentaenoic acid, docosapentaenoic acid or alpha-linolenic acid. The method according to claim 1, wherein the omega-6 fatty acid is arachidonic acid or linolenic acid. The method of claim 1, wherein the polyunsaturated fatty acid enhances the synthesis of a phospholipid in an object’s brain cell. The method according to claim 4, wherein the phospholipid is phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylethanolamine, phosphatidylinositol, phosphatidylserine or sphingomyelin.
