PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a needle-like body easily controlling a liquid chemical amount to be added and selectively holding the liquid chemical at a part from which the liquid chemical is to be highly efficiently delivered into a living body.SOLUTION: In this needle-like body, the distal end part of a projection part is an area indicating hydrophilicity, and the root part of the projection part and a base plate surface are areas indicating hydrophobicity. Thus, a solution which contains bioactive substances selectively can be held in the hydrophilic area including the distal end part of the projection part to reach the deepest part by puncture to the skin.
