The present invention relates to an intraperitoneal organ perfusion device for an organ enucleation surgery. A perfusion step of feeding a preserving liquid in the artery of an organ donor to stably enucleating his/her organ can be easily and rapidly performed, and an organ can be maintained without being damaged for several hours in the preserving liquid. The intraperitoneal organ perfusion device comprises: an intubation tube unit formed in a tube shape having a feeding hole defined therein, inserted in the left aorta femoralis of the inguinal region of the human body, and mounted on the directly lower part of the diaphragm of the main artery； a blocking unit for blocking the arterial tube path by a first balloon and a second balloon which are respectively mounted on the front end and the middle part of the intubation tube and expanded by feeding a saline solution； a catheter for supplying a saline solution to the first balloon and the second balloon through the intubation tube； and a preserving liquid fed from the outside of the human body into an organ to be enucleated through the intubation tube and the arterial tube path blocked by the intubation tube. According to the present invention, peeling and friction of the main artery under the diaphragm, peeling of the abdominal main artery for inserting a catheter, and friction of both side iliac main arteries are not needed. Compared to a conventional surgery, according to the present invention, a danger is reduced just by exposing one side aorta femoralis and inserting a catheter in the exposed aorta femoralis. A danger is reduced, so a surgery can be rapidly operated in a safe state.본 발명은 장기기증자의 장기를 온전한 상태로 적출하기 위하여 보존액을 장기 기증자의 동맥으로 주입하는 관류과정을 손쉽고 빠르게 할 수 있게 하여 보존액 내에 장기가 수시간 동안 손상을 받지 않고 유지할 수 있도록 하는 장기 적출 수술용 복강내 장기관류장치에 관한 것으로, 내부에 유입홀이 구비된 튜브형상으로 되고, 신체의 서혜부의 좌대퇴동맥으로 삽입되어 대동맥의 횡경막 직하부까지 장착되는 삽입관부, 상기 삽입관부 선단과 중간위치에 각각 장착되어 식염수 주입으로 팽창되는 제1풍선과 제2풍선으로 동맥관로를 차단시키는 차단부, 상기 튜브를 통하여 각각의 제1풍선과 제2풍선으로 식염수가 공급되게 하는
