The body (1) is fixedly connected to the external infusion container by means of the fixing device (2). The body (1) is provided with a hollow chamber (110) and a liquid dropping device (111) suspended in the hollow chamber (110). The liquid dropping device (111) is provided with a liquid dropping tube (112) having a hollow channel (113). The liquid dropping tube (112) is provided with a liquid dropping opening (114) for the liquid dropping tube. The liquid dropping opening (114) for the liquid dropping tube communicates with the connector liquid inlet (11). The body (1) is provided with an infusion puncture device (16) having a hollow channel (119), the infusion puncture device (16) is provided with the connector liquid inlet (11), and the connector liquid outlet (12) communicates with the liquid storage chamber of the external infusion container by means of the connector liquid inlet (11). The body (1) is provided with a protective edge (121) surrounding the infusion puncture device (16), and the infusion puncture device (16) does not protrude out of the body (1).
