PROCESSED CONTAINER SUCH AS TRAY, DISH, TEA TRAY, LUNCH BOX, SEEDLING POT, PACK AND CUP USING AS RAW MATERIAL LEAF-STALK-SHELL, WASTE, UNUTILIZED MATERIAL AND RECYCLED MATERIAL OF CYCLIC PLANT REPRESENTED BY HARVEST SUCH AS SWEET CORN, MILLET, STRAW, REED, BAMBOO, KENAF, KAOLIANG AND PALM
A low-cost container which is degradable in soil, does not produce dioxin when incinerated, does not produce a hormone disrupting substance when in use and is not likely to mildew. The container uses as its raw material leaf-stalk-shell-skin of a cyclic plant and harvest, has no noxious, harmful substance mixed therein as evidenced by the fact that it does not produce a dioxin when incinerated nor a hormone disrupting substance when in use and uses as its black dye iron oxides to enable low-temperature incineration that does not damage an incineration furnace. In addition to sea weed and starch pastes for waterproofing, it uses for auxiliary waterproofing mineral pigment kaoline and iron oxides. For mildewproof, a double injection press is used so as not to provide a mildew hot bed. A far infrared effect by the mineral pigment is also useful for mildewproof. It contains 9 to 12% water as a result of a 5 to 20 kg/cm<2> press pressure and is vacuum-packed immediately after the press work.
