The present invention provides an orally disintegrating solid pharmaceutical dosage unit having a weight of 50-1,000 mg and containing at least 0.1 mg of an estetrol component selected from estetrol, estetrol esters and combinations thereof. This solid dosage unit consists of: 4-95 wt.% of granules consisting of: 3-80 wt.% of an estetrol component selected from estetrol, estetrol esters and combinations thereof； 20-97 wt.% C4 -C12 sugar alcohol； 0-45 wt.% of one or more other pharmaceutically acceptable ingredients； and 5-96 wt.% of one or more pharmaceutically acceptable excipients. The solid dosage units of the present invention are particularly suited for sublingual, buccal or sublabial administration of the estetrol component.La présente invention concerne une unité de dosage pharmaceutique solide se désintégrant par voie orale, ayant un poids de 50 à 1 000 mg et contenant au moins 0,1 mg d'un constituant estétrol choisi parmi l'estétrol, des esters d'estétrol et des combinaisons de ceux-ci. Cette unité de dosage solide est constituée : de 4 à 95 % en poids de granules constitué : de 3 à 80 % en poids d'un constituant estétrol choisi parmi l'estétrol, des esters d'estétrol et des combinaisons de ceux-ci ； de 20 à 97 % en poids d'un alcool de sucre en C4-C12 ； de 0 à 45 % en poids d'un ou plusieurs ingrédients pharmaceutiquement acceptables ； et de 5 à 96 % en poids d'un ou plusieurs excipients de pharmaceutiquement acceptables. Les unités de dosage solides selon la présente invention sont particulièrement adaptées à une administration sublinguale, buccale ou sublabiale du constituant d'estétrol.
