The present invention relates to a food composition of a paste based of honey, which comprises a mixture of honey and a fraction of a liquid preparation containing compounds derived from the metabolism of a plant in a solvent, edible, the said mixture having a water content of less than 18,5%. The fraction of liquid preparation is a concentrate of an infusion, a decoction, of a maceration of a vegetable or fruit juice, the raw or cooked fermented. The present invention also relates to a process for the preparation of such a composition.
