PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating vacuum dryer capable of carrying out vacuum-drying a drying object using a decompressing means of a low power output in a short time equivalent to a case of using a decompressing means of a high power output.SOLUTION: Since bean card refuse 12 is dried by silica gel 14 under vacuum by decompressing a drying container 13 and a desiccant container 15 using a vacuum pump 21, bean card refuse can be dried by silica gel 14 in a short time at a low temperature as if it is dried by natural drying. Since heating vacuum drying of bean card refuse 12 is carried out by heating the drying container 13 and the desiccant container 15 by a burner B, the temperature of moisture in the bean card refuse 12 rises and the bean card refuse 12 can be dried under vacuum by using a relatively cheap vacuum pump 21 of a low vacuum degree in a short time equivalent to a case of using a vacuum pump of a high power output.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT【課題】低出力の減圧手段を使用するにも拘わらず、高出力の減圧手段を使用した場合と同等の短い時間で被乾燥物の減圧乾燥を行える加熱減圧乾燥装置を提供する。【解決手段】乾燥容器１３内と乾燥剤用容器１５内を真空ポンプ２１で減圧し、減圧状態でおから１２をシリカゲル１４により乾燥させるため、低温でもシリカゲル１４による自然に近い乾燥を短時間でできる。また、バーナＢにより乾燥容器１３内および乾燥剤用容器１５内を加熱しておから１２の加熱減圧乾燥を行うため、おから１２の水分の温度が高まり、真空度が低い比較的安価な真空ポンプ２１を利用しても、高出力の真空ポンプを利用した場合と同等の短い時間でおから１２を減圧乾燥できる。【選択図】図１
