A measurement method of endothelium dilatation function uses a cuff to pressure testees limb for measuring endothelium dilatation function and includes: setting cuff internal pressure as a low pressure default value measuring the cuff pressure to obtain cuff pressure variation during blood vessel normal period setting cuff internal pressure as a high pressure default value releasing the pressure to the low pressure default value and measuring cuff pressure to obtain cuff pressure variation during blood vessel reactive hyperemia period comparing the cuff pressure variation of the blood vessel reactive hyperemia period and the cuff pressure variation of the blood vessel normal period to obtain a difference value and dividing the difference value by the cuff pressure variation during the blood vessel normal period to obtain an index of the endothelium dilatation function.
