The present invention relates to a method for preparing an anti-pest and antibacterial fruit bag by overlapping and folding a coated inner sheet and a coated outer sheet, and bonding opposite corners of the folded sheets with glue, attaching and cutting a sealing pin on the part right below the upper part, and bonding the lower sides with glue. The method includes the steps of: preparing a water-repellent agent mixture (or a primary mixture) by mixing paraffin wax, polyethylene wax, fatty acid amine, and water； mixing alcohol with the primary mixture and preparing a secondary mixture； and coating a coating liquid, which is obtained by mixing a third mixture consisting of cypermethrin, azoxystrobin, methyl propylene glycol, methanol, soybean oil, ammonium polyoxyethylene alkyl aryl sulfate, and a defoaming agent with the secondary mixture, onto the inner and outer sheets. The method can shorten the preparing process for greater cost-effectiveness and prevent or minimize stains on the fruit bag.코팅된 속지와 코팅된 외지를 겹쳐 접은 후, 접혀진 외지 모서리의 반대편 모서리를 풀칠 및 접합한 다음, 상측 가운데 약간 아래에 밀봉용 핀을 부착 및 절단한 후, 하부 모서리를 풀칠 및 접합하여 방균 및 방충용 과실봉지를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 파라핀 왁스, 폴리에틸렌 왁스, 지방산 아민 및 물을 혼합하여 발수제 혼합물 (1차 혼합물)을 제조하는 단계； 상기 1차 혼합물에 알코올을 혼합하여 2차 혼합물을 제조하는 단계； 상기 2차 혼합물에 사이퍼메트린, 아족시 스트로빈, 메틸 프로필렌 디글리콜, 메탄올, 대두유, 암모늄 폴리옥시에틸렌 알킬 아릴 설페이트 및 소포제로 이루어진 3차 혼합물을 혼합하여 얻은 코팅액을 상기 속지와 외지에 코팅하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방균 및 방충용 과실봉지의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 제조 공정이 단축되므로 경제적이며, 또한 본 발명의 제조방법에 의해 제조된 과실봉지는 과실에 얼룩을 거의 발생시키지 않거나 발생해도 최소화할 수 있다.
