The present invention relates to a drug delivery system comprising a nucleic acid material, and a temperature-sensitive micelle for multi-delivery of a drug and a producing method thereof and, more specifically, to a drug delivery system having multi-drug delivering ability capable of simultaneously delivering a hydrophobic drug and the nucleic acid material and a producing method thereof. The drug delivery system includes a micelle formed by a multi-block copolymer including a hydrophobic copolymer block. A hydrophilic copolymer block and a graft copolymer block, the hydrophobic drug is in an inner core of the micelle formed by the multi-block copolymer and the nucleic acid material is in a graft polymer shell.본 발명은 핵산 물질 및 약물의 다중 전달을 위한 온도 감응형 마이셀을 포함하는 약물 전달체 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 소수성 중합체성 블록, 친수성 중합체성 블록 및 그래프트 중합체성 블록을 포함하는 다중블록 공중합체가 형성하는 마이셀을 포함하는 약물 전달체로서, 상기 다중블록 공중합체가 형성하는 마이셀의 소수성 내핵에 소수성 약물이 담지되어 있고 그래프트 중합체성 쉘에 핵산 물질이 회합되어 있어 소수성 약물과 핵산 물질을 동시에 전달할 수 있는 다중 약물 전달능을 갖는 약물 전달체 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
