A deodorant method for cuttlefish ink sac is disclosed, which is capable of removing the odor of cuttlefish ink sac so as to facilitate subsequent processes or future uses. The method includes a crushing process step, a bagging process step, a drying process step and a soaking process step. The crushing process step is to blow dry the cuttlefish ink sac material between 40 DEG C and 60 DEG C for at least two days, then crush the cuttlefish ink sac material into pieces for screening, the crushed pieces that have been screened and passed through the screen are defined as ink powder. The bagging process step is to perform bagging for the screened ink powder. The drying process step is to place the bagged ink powder in a dryer for performing the drying process, and the ink powder that has gone through the drying process is defined as dried ink powder. The soaking process step is to soak the dried ink powder in an alkali liquor of 0.5N concentration and four times the volume of the dried ink powder for 30 minutes for removing the upper liquid, followed by washing with RO water until it becomes neutral.
