Provided is a disinfection apparatus, for preventing the steam from being remained as water drops by being condensed and dropped to a target to be disinfected, after sterilizing and treating the target to be disinfected. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the disinfection apparatus comprises: a chamber for sterilizing and treating the inserted target to be disinfected with the steam at high temperatures and high pressures； a first guide plate separately installed on the ceiling of the inside of the chamber, and extended to the side wall of the chamber, for inducing the steam supplied from the upper side of the chamber to the side wall； and a dual chamber equipped outside the entrance of the chamber for preventing the condensation of the steam from the entrance side by receiving the supply of the steam and heating the entrance side of the chamber.본 발명의 목적은 소독 대상물을 멸균 처리한 후, 수증기가 응축되어 소독 대상물에 떨어져 물방울로 잔류하는 것을 방지하는 소독장치를 제공하는 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 소독장치는, 투입되는 소독 대상물을 고온 고압의 수증기로 멸균 처리하는 챔버, 상기 챔버 내부의 천정에 이격 설치되고 상기 챔버의 측벽으로 연장되어 상기 챔버의 상방에서 공급되는 수증기를 상기 측벽으로 유도하는 제1가이드 플레이트, 및 상기 챔버의 입구 외측에 구비되고 상기 수증기를 공급받아서 상기 챔버의 입구 측을 가열하여 상기 입구 측에서 수증기의 응축을 방지하는 이중 챔버를 포함한다.
