The autoclave comprises: a main body part including a sterilization container installed inside, wherein an upper part of the sterilization container is open a door part of which one side is joined to the main body part by a hinge to be moveable for opening and closing the autoclave, and constituting a chamber for sterilization in a closed position with the sterilization container a door lock part which operates to lock and unlock the door part in a closed position and a steam generating part which supplies steam into the chamber.
