More particularly, the connection structure for a wheel is for connecting an instrument holder formed on a surgical robot arm and a surgical instrument equipped in the instrument holder. The connection structure for a wheel includes: a driving wheel which drives by driving power from the surgical robot arm and which has multiple first electrical contacts and a driven wheel which is connected to the first electrical contacts when mated with the driving wheel and which has multiple second electrical contacts connected with a fixed electrical resistance in between.
