PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for obtaining a cell culture substantially consisting of hepatocytes from a cell group which comprises hepatocytes having been differentiation-induced from induced pluripotent stem cells (hereinafter referred to as iPS cells) and undifferentiated iPS cells.SOLUTION: The method comprising a culturing step of a cell group which includes hepatocytes having been differentiation-induced from iPS cells and undifferentiated iPS cells, in a culture medium whose composition includes a serum or a serum substitute: comprises obtaining and sorting a cell culture substantially consisting of hepatocytes from the cell group.
