The invention provides a device for cryotherapy with a control panel, which is to carry out medical and therapeutic procedures with the use of very low temperatures. A device (1) for cryotherapy with a control panel (7) comprises a reservoir (2) with liquid nitrogen, positioned on a movable base (3) equipped with wheels (4), provided with a head connected with one end of a feeding line (6) positioned with its second end in the reservoir (2) with liquid nitrogen, where the device (1) is equipped with an electric heater of adjustable power level connected to a control panel to which a tensiometer sensor is connected said sensor being positioned in the movable base (3). The control panel is provided with a socket and control buttons as well as indicator lamps.
