The present invention relates to a percutaneous access catheter for inserting a drainage tube, and more specifically, to a percutaneous access catheter (PAC) comprising an internal catheter which is inserted prior to inserting the drainage tube to a biliary tract or a nephostomic tube, and an external catheter for conducting a percutaneous transhepatic biliary drainage or a percutaneous nephrostomy. The outer catheter has a curved portion by bending one end portion of a linear part of the catheter, in order to expedite a flexible flow from the biliary tract to the nephostomic tube, or vice versa, along guide wires inserted to the biliary tract and the nephostomic tube. The curved portion has one or more side pores capable of excreting waste. The percutaneous access catheter of the present invention is capable of reducing inconvenience, time, and costs for using additional catheters in case of bending or stenosis of the biliary tract or the nephostomic tube during the percutaneous transhepatic biliary drainage or percuataneous nephrostomy； and at the same time also smoothly excreting bodily waste such as contaminated bile liquid.본 발명은 배액관 삽입을 위한 경피접속 카테터에 관한 것으로서, 경피적 담도배액술이나 신루배액술을 시행하기 위해 배액관을 담도나 신루에 삽입하기 이전에 삽입하는 내부의 카테터와 외부의 카테터로 이루어진 경피접속 카테터(PAC)에 있어서, 상기 외부의 카테터는 담도나 신루에 삽입된 유도철선을 따라 한쪽의 담도나 신루에서 다른 쪽의 담도나 신루로 유연하게 넘어갈 수 있도록 상기 카테터의 직선부 한쪽의 끝단 부위를 구부려 굴곡부로 형성하고, 상기 굴곡부에 오염물질을 배출할 수 있는 측면공을 적어도 하나 이상 형성한 것이며, 경피적 담도배액술이나 경피적 신루배액술을 시행할 때 담도나 신루의 굴곡이나 협착이 있을 경우에 사용하는 별도의 카테터를 사용하는 불편함이나 시간 및 비용을 절감할 수 있는 효과가 있고, 오염된 담즙과 같은 오염물질을 원활하게 배액 할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
