The device has a set of U-shaped walls (1), a basic element (2) with a set of specific dimensions that is maintained in an angular position by two corner connection elements (3) and a set of assembly systems (6). The set of walls is provided with specific forms, and a set of door coils (5) is arranged for easy unwindings of a set of flexible bonds. The door coils are posed or fixed on the set of U-shaped walls. The set of flexible bonds is able to be unrolled on a pallet so as to pose loads of waste packing on a transport pallet (4).
