A catheter manifold assembly comprises a catheter tip, a first lumenextending from the catheter tip, a second lumen extending from the cathetertipand a heat bond interconnecting the catheter tip and the first and secondlumenswherein the first lumen and second lumen comprise a bend of about 180°proximate to the heat bond. The catheter manifold may be used with an iliacbifurication balloon catheter which is operable to access other side brancharteries.
