- 摘要:
- U.S. consumers are increasingly shopping at nontraditional stores. To investigate implications of this change, ERS analyzes relationships among store formats, the healthfulness of grocery purchases, and household demographics and finds that consumers buy the most healthful food at traditional supermarkets and club stores and the least healthful food at convenience stores.
