PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling transplanter capable of preventing a float and a land-leveling rotor provided on the lower part of a seedling planting part from generating a mud water flow and hardly causing the already planted seedling to be washed away and buried in the mud.SOLUTION: A seedling transplanter includes: a seedling planting part 4 provided on a traveling vehicle body 2 so as to freely move up and down an inclination detecting member 116 provided on the seedling planting part 4 for detecting a lateral inclination a controller 100 for actuating a rolling mechanism 110 which turns the seedling planting part 4 into a horizontal attitude when the inclination detecting member 116 detects a lateral inclination and planting row determining members 34a, 101, 124, 126 for determining whether the preceding planting work row is right or left of the current planting work row.
